Use of Services

Training Notice and Assumption of Risk
Martial arts, fitness, self-defense training, and related activities involve physical contact and the risk of injury. By participating in any Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including the risk of minor or serious injury.
You agree to follow all safety instructions and to participate only within your physical limits. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, consult a medical professional before participating.
Intellectual Property
Our Services, including training materials, curriculum, videos, graphics, images, and other content, are the exclusive property of Centurion Krav Maga.
You agree not to reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute our materials or content in any way without our prior written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify it only as needed to operate our Services and communicate with you regarding scheduling, participation, and customer support.
Payments and Purchases
If you purchase products, memberships, or programs, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
All fees are due as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Centurion Krav Maga be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
Our liability for damages will be limited to the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to us.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Upon termination:
• Your rights to use our Services will immediately cease.
• All curriculum assets, media, and training materials provided by us will remain the property of Centurion Krav Maga, and you will have no right to claim them as yours or use them in any way.
• You must immediately cease using any of our intellectual property, including trademarks, trade names, and copyrighted materials.
No Spamming
You agree not to use our Services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk messages.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to messaging.
Consent for Calls and Text Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Centurion Krav Maga related to scheduling, program information, updates, reminders, promotions/offers (if applicable), and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
What messages you can expect
After opting in, you may receive text messages from Centurion Krav Maga including (as applicable): offer details (example: 2 weeks of unlimited training for 20 dollar), enrollment instructions, class scheduling links, appointment confirmations, program reminders, updates, and customer support communications.
How to cancel (STOP)
Users can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. After sending “STOP,” they will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, they may sign up again as they did initially.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Centurion Krav Maga regarding the use of our Services.
These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
