Krav Maga Fundamentals

Learn self-defense techniques against a variety of common attacks such as bear hugs, headlocks, knife attacks, and gun hostage situations.

Fight Skills

A beginner course in kickboxing techniques to learn how to throw and defend punches and kicks. These skills are more tailored for the street where there are no rules or referees.

Bag Class

A high intensity cardio workout that is never the same twice! Push yourself in a way that no other cardio can!

Fight Conditioning

Gain strength and mobility with our HIIT workouts designed specifically for fighters. Modern workout techniques are utilized to reduce injury and allow you to keep performing at your best.

Youth Program

Same great curriculum that we teach the adults are taught in a safe and kid-friendly way. We also incorporate games and activities that build strength, coordination, and mental focus.

Advanced Krav Maga

Learn advanced ground fighting, dealing with multiple attackers, fighting trained individuals, incorporating use of a firearm, and free sparring. You learn to use the principles from the beginner classes and apply it to the chaos of the street.
