Mobility & Strength

We do not create bodybuilders.  Our classes will push you to extend into your lifts which both increases load on the muscle leading to higher gains while simultaneously increasing flexibility.  All classes are instructor led so that we can monitor your form and keep you safe as you bring the intensity!

Endurance & Explosiveness

As fighters, we need particular kinds of exercise to become the most dangerous versions of ourselves.  Street fights last an average of 8-12 seconds but, with a ground struggle or multiple attackers, this time can extend and then the person with the larger gas tank has a huge advantage.  Coupled with the fact that fighting is a repetition of max effort explosions, our training is a different kind of animal than steady state cardio such as running or biking.  Our training prepares you for thirty seconds we hope never happens.
